At Greener Plumbing and Heating we want to give you peace of mind and great service. We don’t want you to panic if something goes wrong with your plumbing or heating. We want you to be reassured that when you have a problem, you can call us and get it sorted as soon as possible.
Monthly Boiler Service Contracts
As a plumbing and heating company, we don’t offer all services that leading gas companies such as British Gas offer. But we offer a far more personal service that, we think, puts us head and shoulders above the competition. That is why our annual service contracts are proving so successful.
- There will always be a person at the end of the phone.
- Emergency call out 365 days a year.
- You will be a priority customer of Greener Plumbing and Heating, so will be seen ASAP in an emergency. We will try and always be out within 24 hours.
- We do not charge an excess for any call outs (British Gas charge a £60 excess for every callout).
- We offer service contracts for LPG and oil boilers, not always available with other companies.
- We have a £500 threshold, so if a new boiler is needed and you have the silver or gold cover, then you will receive money off a new boiler.
Over the very cold winter months just gone, we had many calls from British Gas customers, who were being told they could not be seen for over a week, even though they had no heating. This is not acceptable and will not happen when you have a monthly boiler service contract with Greener Plumbing and Heating.
